Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Implement and drive HR programs and policies that support business goals and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Collaborate on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Partnering or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
