Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Implement and drive HR programs and policies that support business goals and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Collaborate on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Partnering or HR Business Partner role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and drive effective solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
