Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality control strategies and procedures.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and QC processes, implementing improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Quality Control and Training management within a technology or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and assess effective training curricula.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred.
