Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage M&A transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Provide expert financial and strategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence and valuation analyses.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare detailed financial models, presentations, and reports for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
