Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M&A transactions from initiation to completion.
- Provide expert financial and strategic advice to clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence and valuation analyses.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in Mergers & Acquisitions or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
