Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional social media and creator strategy in alignment with global priorities.
  • Manage influencer and creator programs, from selection to execution and performance tracking.
  • Advise on social-first approaches for new EMEA openings and manage pre-opening content.
  • Guide regional agency partners in developing high-quality, brand-aligned social content.
  • Monitor emerging trends and audience behaviors to inform creative direction and platform strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and measure impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in social media, influencer, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and content performance analytics across EMEA.
  • Creative eye for storytelling, content development, and digital community building.
  • Proven experience leading creator or influencer partnerships end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of luxury markets and consumers, with experience in luxury hospitality.
