Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough manual testing on web and desktop applications.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, and testing.
- Ensure the developed software adheres to financial and tax compliance standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Engineer, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
