Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Implement and integrate new manufacturing technologies and equipment to improve production capabilities.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex manufacturing process issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, design, and production teams for seamless product introduction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and quality control plans.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within high-tech or semiconductor industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a global team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Czech is considered an advantage.
