Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and improve manufacturing processes for automotive seat production.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure product excellence and consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment, adapting to changing priorities.
