Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
- Design and implement tools, fixtures, and equipment for production.
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to transition new products into manufacturing.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and production equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
