Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of manufacturing personnel.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Manager or in a similar leadership role, 5+ years preferred.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and adapt to changing production demands.
- Experience in relevant sectors such as Manufacturing, Food and Beverage Manufacturing, or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
