Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Implement and monitor stringent quality control standards for all ice cream products.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse manufacturing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
• Collaborate with supply chain and R&D teams to facilitate the successful introduction of new products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the food & beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality management systems, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide teams.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to changing production demands.
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in food production environments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
