Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive reimbursement applications and value dossiers for product submission.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, commercial, and regulatory affairs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of market access initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in market access within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system, pricing, and reimbursement processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English, written and verbal, is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, economics, public health, or a related field.
