Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market strategies to increase Guesty’s footprint and market share in France.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships within the short-term rental ecosystem.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth by expanding the client base in the assigned market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and major clients.
- Collaborate with global product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure market-specific product fit and successful implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in market management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or short-term rental industry.
- Strong understanding of the French market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and achieve ambitious targets.
