Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives tailored to the UAE and Middle East market, ensuring alignment with Archer’s global branding and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to plan and execute regional campaigns, monitor performance, and report on results.
• Manage Archer’s regional presence on social media channels, with a focus on localized content for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Partner with global and regional teams to create localized marketing collateral, including social media posts, event assets, email campaigns, and video/photo content tailored for the UAE audience.
• Oversee public relations efforts in the region, including managing a local PR agency and ensuring consistent messaging in all external communications.
• Support the planning and execution of regional marketing events, trade shows, and public engagements, ensuring successful representation of Archer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing or a related role, ideally in the UAE.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for an established brand, with a focus on creating engaging, localized content.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
