Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Peergrowth’s search and advisory solutions.
• Manage brand positioning and market presence across various digital and traditional channels.
• Create engaging content for online platforms, marketing collateral, and thought leadership pieces.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine strategies.
• Collaborate with consulting and recruitment teams to support client acquisition and engagement initiatives.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing for ROI and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management, preferably within consulting, human resources, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and brand management principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
• A passion for humanizing the recruitment process and connecting with professionals globally.
