Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee brand management across Gargash Group’s diverse portfolio, including automotive, real estate, and financial services.
• Plan and execute successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
