Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
- Manage vendors and procurement for marketing activities and events.
- Own budget tracking for assigned initiatives.
- Run the corporate gifting and merchandise process.
- Coordinate marketing execution across teams.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and core documentation.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in events, marketing operations, or marketing coordination.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience working with vendors and handling operational tasks.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
