Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee lead management, scoring, and routing processes to maximize conversion.
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of marketing data across all systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams on strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize marketing processes and workflows.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
