Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for Luhta’s diverse brand portfolio.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Support global marketing initiatives and adapt strategies for local market relevance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, preferably within the retail apparel, fashion, or sportswear industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media analytics).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish or other European languages is highly advantageous.
