Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the efficient flow and inventory of materials for facade projects.
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials to various construction sites.
- Maintain accurate records of material stock, movements, and consumption.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, project management, and site teams.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile discrepancies, and report on material status.
- Optimize material storage and handling procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Material Coordinator or in a similar supply chain role, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding construction environment.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
