Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end material planning function across all projects and business lines.
  • Develop and implement material planning strategies aligned with production and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy, lead time optimization, and supply-demand balancing.
  • Work closely with procurement, inventory, and production teams to resolve shortages and bottlenecks.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in planning systems (ERP/SAP).
  • Track KPIs (forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turnover, etc.) and provide insights for leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial/mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in material planning/supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics/reporting (Excel, Power BI).
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
