Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review all material submittals related to fire fighting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure strict compliance of submitted materials with project specifications, local codes, and international standards (e.g., NFPA, UAE Fire Code).
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and facilitate timely approvals.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation and records of all material approvals and rejections.
• Provide expert technical support and guidance on various fire fighting system components and materials.
• Participate in site inspections to verify that installed materials conform to approved submittals and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in material submittal management, with a specific focus on fire fighting systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant fire safety codes, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, UAE Fire Code).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to accurately review and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and standard MS Office Suite applications.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
