Key Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and development of new mattress and furnishing products.
- Innovate product features and materials to meet market demand and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure successful product launch.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mattress or furniture design and development.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of materials (foam, fabric, etc.) and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
