Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of ME spare parts.
- Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts to support maintenance and service operations.
- Optimize spare parts warehousing, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with service and engineering teams to forecast part requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Implement inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements
- Proven experience in spare parts management, ideally within the elevator, automotive, or heavy machinery industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics principles.
- Excellent organizational and inventory control skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.
