    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement robust MEAL frameworks, tools, and systems for various programs.
    • Conduct systematic data collection, analysis, and reporting to monitor program performance and impact.
    • Ensure quality assurance and accountability mechanisms are integrated into all projects.
    • Facilitate learning processes and disseminate findings to inform program design and adaptation.
    • Provide technical support and capacity building to program teams on MEAL activities.
    • Contribute to the development of proposals and donor reports, focusing on MEAL components.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) roles within NGOs.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis software.
    • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills in English and French or Spanish.
    • Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural and challenging environments.
