Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plans for projects.
- Collect, analyze, and manage program data to track progress and assess impact.
- Establish and maintain accountability mechanisms for beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Facilitate learning processes from project implementation for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and disseminate high-quality MEAL reports to relevant teams and partners.
- Support capacity building for staff and partners on MEAL best practices.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing abilities.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, SPSS, Excel).
- Commitment to humanitarian principles, child protection, and child rights.

- Flexibility to travel to field locations as required for data collection and monitoring.
