Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, project schedules, and budget constraints.
- Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and on-site mechanical operations.
- Implement and enforce robust health and safety protocols across all project sites.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and overall project management teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues proactively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong background in mechanical systems relevant to data centers or energy infrastructure.
- Exceptional project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction best practices, codes, and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
