Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems for advanced rotorcraft platforms.
  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration.
  • Create comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development cycle.
  • Support the prototyping, testing, and validation phases of new designs.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant aviation industry standards and performance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within aerospace or aviation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX) and FEA simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
