Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for advanced rotorcraft platforms.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration.
- Create comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development cycle.
- Support the prototyping, testing, and validation phases of new designs.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant aviation industry standards and performance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within aerospace or aviation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX) and FEA simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
