Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems for OE manufacturing processes.
- Optimize existing machinery and equipment for improved efficiency and performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product development.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on research and development projects for Organic and Printed Electronics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in mechanical designs.
- Support the integration and commissioning of turn-key solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and development, preferably within electronics or high-tech manufacturing.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and simulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
