Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex industrial machinery and mechatronic systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system malfunctions efficiently.
• Implement and optimize maintenance procedures to enhance operational reliability and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and develop solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Utilize advanced mechatronics knowledge for system integration, automation support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and servo drives.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration.
