Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule planned maintenance activities.
- Prepare work orders, procure necessary spare parts, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and optimize maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance planning, preferably in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
- Strong understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
