Key Responsibilities
- Process medical claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review claims for completeness, eligibility, and policy adherence.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and policyholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all processed claims.
- Assist in resolving claim-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical claims processing, ideally 2+ years.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant claims processing software and systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
