Ensure strict compliance with local and international medical and quality standards. Manage, train, and develop a team of medical representatives or product specialists. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams on product claims and safety. Provide expert medical input for new product development and market entry strategies. Monitor product performance, conduct post-market surveillance, and address medical inquiries. Requirements Medical degree or a related life science qualification (e.g., Pharmacy, Biochemistry). Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the medical, pharmaceutical, or dermocosmetic industry. Strong understanding of regulatory affairs and quality assurance practices in Algeria. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment. Proficiency in English and local languages (Arabic/French) is highly preferred.
