Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical aspects of dermocosmetic and FMCG product lines in the region.
• Ensure strict compliance with local and international medical and quality standards.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of medical representatives or product specialists.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams on product claims and safety.
• Provide expert medical input for new product development and market entry strategies.
• Monitor product performance, conduct post-market surveillance, and address medical inquiries.

Requirements

• Medical degree or a related life science qualification (e.g., Pharmacy, Biochemistry).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a supervisory or leadership role within the medical, pharmaceutical, or dermocosmetic industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs and quality assurance practices in Algeria.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.
• Proficiency in English and local languages (Arabic/French) is highly preferred.
