Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and report on program data to assess performance and impact.
- Facilitate learning sessions to ensure continuous improvement of operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in MEL.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate MEL findings into strategic planning.
- Manage and maintain MEL databases and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning roles, preferably within consulting or BPO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in relevant MEL tools and software.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with AI and automation in business processes is a plus.
