Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities from conception to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards for all MEP installations.
- Coordinate effectively with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Implement rigorous quality control and assurance procedures for MEP systems.
- Oversee the commissioning and testing of MEP installations.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as an MEP Construction Manager, preferably with large-scale projects.
- Profound knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and relevant building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities.
