Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities on construction projects.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve MEP-related issues.
  • Monitor progress, manage schedules, and report on MEP installations.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify installation quality and adherence to design specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and international standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools is advantageous.
