Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction and data infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for MEP systems.
- Coordinate MEP designs and installations effectively with project teams, clients, and external consultants.
- Oversee quality control and ensure timely delivery of MEP components and systems.
- Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions related to MEP systems.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources specific to MEP installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP Manager or a similar mid-senior level role within the construction or data centre industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent professional certifications.
- Familiarity with Finnish building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
