Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) aspects of data center projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and issues.
  • Monitor project progress, report on status, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager, with a strong focus on data center or critical infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, teams, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent professional certification.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
