China State Construction middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting MEP Quantity Surveyor to Join our Contracts & Commercial team in a newly awarded High Rise Tower project in Dubai. Providing all types of contractual assistance to project managers in terms of identifying potential variations and issuing notices for variations and EOT claims, preparing valuation of variations, submission and finalizing with consultant/client.

Key Responsibilities
- Closely coordinate with site management to have post contract and timely issuance of notification to the concerned department for their amendments.
- Make sure all the claims notifications are provided within the time frame as stipulated in the conditions of contract clauses.
- Regularly update from the site quantity surveyors with interim payment, variations and claims.
- Keep the contract documents with the main office in soft scanned copies in order to maintain an improved filing system for current and future purpose.
- Prepare variations claims including taking off quantities, pricing, etc.
- Identify delays & disruption of the project and subsequent preparation of claims for delays, acceleration, extension of time and associated costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor/Mechanical/Electrical
- 8+ Years of relevant work experience
- Experience in EOT claims
- Having good contractual knowledge especially FIDIC.
