Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product displays and planograms in assigned wholesale outlets.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and proper rotation of products to minimize waste.
• Execute marketing and promotional activities effectively at the point of sale.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Provide regular reports on merchandising activities and sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in merchandising, sales, or retail operations, preferably in wholesale.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the local market dynamics in Guayaquil.
