Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish for effective communication with local clients.
