Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market client accounts in Abu Dhabi.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key restaurant and grocery partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell Deliveroo services to existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Provide strategic account planning and performance reviews for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
