Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of e-learning projects from conception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project teams, resources, and timelines to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the quality, functionality, and effectiveness of e-learning solutions developed.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key information to all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the e-learning or EdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of e-learning technologies, platforms, and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, Business Administration) is preferred.
