Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough manual quality assurance testing across various digital platforms and applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Develop, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to project requirements and company quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manual QC Engineer or similar quality assurance role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a global team.
- Experience with bug tracking systems and test management tools.
