Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock and maintain minibars in all assigned guest rooms daily.
- Conduct accurate inventory checks and record consumption for billing purposes.
- Ensure all minibar items are fresh, properly displayed, and adhere to quality standards.
- Report any damaged, expired, or missing minibar items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar storage areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all hotel standards, policies, and procedures for minibar operations.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move supplies as required.
