    Job Responsibilities

    • Verify and complete all required mortgage loan documentation for processing and closing.
    • Assist in scheduling loan closings, issue adverse action notices, and prepare approved loans for the Closing Department.
    • Provide clear communication with applicants, loan officers, and management regarding loan status and outstanding documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies.
    • Secure and review property appraisals.
    • Manage a pipeline of active loans, prioritizing activities to meet closing and rate lock deadlines.
    • Provide support on more complex cases and serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

    Requirements

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in mortgage processing.
    • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, compliance knowledge, and attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • FHA, VA, and USDA loan processing experience.
    • Familiarity with Down Payment Assistance programs.
