Key Responsibilities
- Apply mortgage underwriting expertise to train and evaluate AI models.
- Contribute to supervised fine-tuning of generative AI models.
- Participate in reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) tasks.
- Perform model evaluation and red-teaming for frontier AI systems.
- Provide high-quality data and insights to improve AI performance.
- Work remotely on flexible, project-based AI training assignments.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in mortgage underwriting or a related financial domain.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow complex AI training guidelines.
- Excellent written communication skills for data annotation and feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, project-based environment.
- Proficiency in English.
