EasyDMARC is seeking an MSP Customer Success Manager to join its team in Yerevan, Armenia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, retention, and growth of Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients by helping them leverage EasyDMARC’s platform to secure email domains and improve deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of MSP clients, overseeing their onboarding and successful adoption of the EasyDMARC platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Provide expert guidance and strategic recommendations on DMARC implementation, email authentication, and deliverability best practices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health, identify opportunities for expansion, and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, support, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and service excellence is delivered.
  • Monitor client usage, performance metrics, and DMARC compliance, offering proactive support and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or MSP environment.
  • Strong understanding of email security protocols (DMARC, SPF, DKIM) and email deliverability concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity trends and a passion for helping businesses protect their digital assets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
