Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multisectoral programs in Ukraine.
- Ensure program activities align with Save the Children’s global strategies and local needs.
- Manage program budgets, resources, and reporting for effective delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with local partners, government agencies, and communities.
- Oversee the performance and development of program staff, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Identify new program opportunities and contribute to proposal development and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management within the humanitarian or development sector.
- Strong understanding of multisectoral programming (e.g., child protection, education, health).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English, both written and spoken.
- Must be a Ukrainian National, as specified in the job title.
