    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of multisectoral humanitarian programs in Ukraine.

    • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve objectives efficiently.
    • Develop and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for all program activities.
    • Represent ReliefWeb in various forums, advocating for humanitarian principles and best practices.
    • Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and lessons learned.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in program management within the humanitarian or development sector, preferably in multisectoral contexts.
    • Strong understanding of humanitarian principles, international aid coordination, and disaster response.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams in challenging environments.
    • Fluency in Ukrainian and English is essential.
    • Must be a national of Ukraine, as per job title requirement.
